Luke Wheldale – Stride Podiatry

Luke Wheldale is an experienced podiatrist who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-focused podiatry care. Previously, he worked in private practice within the Blackwood community and, as a result, has strong ties to the local area. Now, he is excited to be returning to the region in his own clinic-based practice.

More recently, Luke has enjoyed expanding his services by offering a mobile podiatry service throughout Adelaide, providing convenient care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In addition to this, he offers treatment to private patients, as well as those accessing care through Chronic Disease Management Plans via Medicare, along with DVA and NDIS support.

Luke is also looking forward to continuing care for existing patients of Integrative Health Solutions and, in particular, building on the work previously provided by Christian McCormack. Furthermore, he is excited to reconnect with familiar faces from the local community that he has worked with in the past.

To better support patient needs, Luke has carefully designed his schedule to accommodate the community. For example, he offers daytime appointments on each Monday until 7pm. In addition, for those who are only able to attend on weekends, he will be available once a month on Saturdays to ensure continued access to care.

Luke is also a family man and active member of his community. He is blessed to be married to a wonderful wife and have a beautiful young daughter who brings them so much joy.  Faith plays an important role in his life and he is an active member of his local church community. When he is not helping patients or spending time with his family, he enjoys playing guitar, reading and travelling. Luke believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance and making time for the things that matter the most.

Luke welcomes new patients and referrals. For patients with a Chronic Condition Management Plan from their GP, he offers a reduced rate with the applicable Medicare rebate. He also welcomes private patients, with instant rebates available through your private health fund.
