Clinical Hypnotherapy
Areas of interest include: Trauma (including cancer/oncology), Grief and Loss, ADHD/Neurodivergent challenges, Anxiety and Depression, Perinatal mental health including birth preparation, Pain Management and Smoking Cessation

Emma’s career background is in psychology and mental health nursing. She has worked in a number of community health areas previously.  Most recently including child and adolescent mental health, and child and family health services, including perinatal mental health.

Her passion for hypnotherapy evolved through seeing the recovery obstacles some people faced, where traditional psychological therapy and counselling had limited success. Clinical hypnosis allows the stored memories and experiences in the body to be processed thoroughly, which can lead to remarkable shifts in perception and awareness.

Emma completed her advanced training in Clinical Hypnosis for health professionals, with the South Australian Society of Hypnosis in 2022.
