Physiotherapy
Chris is a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who prides himself on getting to the root cause of complex and long-standing conditions. He is known for taking the time to properly assess, question, and understand each case, particularly when previous treatment hasn’t led to meaningful progress. Chris is passionate about being the clinician who helps patients finally make a breakthrough, especially when they feel they’ve tried everything without success to date.
He treats a broad range of conditions, from acute injuries through to more complex or persistent presentations requiring detailed, individualised management, including:
• Back pain and spinal conditions
• Neck pain and headaches
• Chronic pain and long-term condition management
• Tendinopathy / tendinosis
• Frozen shoulder
• Osteoarthritis
• Post-operative rehabilitation
• Core strength and postural conditioning
• Falls prevention, balance, and mobility
• Injury prevention
• Sports injuries
Assessments with Chris are thorough and structured, designed to identify contributing factors that are often missed in standard consultations. Treatment combines precise hands-on therapy with targeted strength and rehabilitation strategies, guided by current evidence and strong clinical reasoning. The focus is not just short-term relief, but long-term change, restoring function, building resilience, and confidence in movement.
Chris places a strong emphasis on clear, consistent communication and believes the best outcomes come from well-informed, collaborative care. Patients can expect a transparent diagnosis, a structured plan, and a clear understanding of how and why their treatment is progressing.
Having graduated from Pulteney Grammar in 2008 and completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia in 2012, Chris has since developed extensive experience in private practice and is a long-standing member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), with full registration through AHPRA.
Outside of the clinic, Chris enjoys writing music, spending time in nature with his partner and dog Ricky, road trips, and camping. He is a dedicated Test cricket follower, a hands-on DIY enthusiast, and values time spent unwinding with family and friends.
Chris welcomes GPCCMP (Care-plan) referrals from your GP, and can provide Medicare rebates where a care plan has been established with a GP. Referrals and care plans can be sent directly to the practice at @AH.enquiries@integrativehealthsolutions.com.au
