Konrad Gawlik is an experienced Mental Health Social Worker who provides counselling and psychological support for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, and significant life challenges. He has many years of clinical experience working across mental health services, including supporting veterans and individuals navigating complex personal and professional demands.

At Integrative Health Solutions, Konrad works within a collaborative, whole-person model of care alongside medical and allied health practitioners. His approach focuses on helping people make sense of the difficulties they are facing and develop practical strategies to restore balance, resilience, and wellbeing. Konrad integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and clinical hypnosis, tailoring his work to each person’s goals and circumstances.

Konrad welcomes new patients and rebates will be available through Medicare when a valid mental health care plan is completed with your doctor.  Private referrals are always welcome and rebates will soon be available through your private health fund.  Thy will make every opportunity to accommodate urgent patients.
