Thy Do – Accredited Mental Health Social Worker

Thy is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with over a decade of experience in family and community mental health services across Australia. She has specialist training and a strong interest in perinatal and infant mental health.

Trained in CBT, ACT, IPT and Narrative therapy, Thy works in a non-judgemental and collaborative way. Her approach is strengths-based and solution-focused, and always grounded in an understanding of the broader systems and social contexts that shape wellbeing. She works with people to make meaning of their experiences, build confidence, and develop practical strategies based on their hopes and values.

Thy supports people through pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood who may be experiencing:
