Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit to rejuventate your whole being.

It improves strength and flexibility, increases core stability, builds a heightened feeling of positivity, and brings deep states of relaxation.

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime.

Leonie Hartwig offers two Dru Yoga classes every Tuesday morning. Dru Yoga is a gentle form of exercise that is fantastic to increase flexibility and mobility. The first class runs from 9:00am – 10:30am and is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. The second class begins at 11:00am and is suitable for those with limited mobility and over 6o years old. This class can be undertaken seated and is gentle enough to increase mobility and flexibility slowly. Bookings can be made online, using the ‘group’ tab. Try your first class for free!
